Green Hill Kitchen & Que

It’s no secret that summer is going to look different this year. Yet, that’s not going to stop us from enjoying the months ahead and it all starts this weekend with the unofficial start to the season: Memorial Day Weekend. MDW is typically synonymous in the Hamptons with revisiting your favorite restaurants but this year, your favorite restaurants are coming home to you with these Memorial Day Weekend meal kit offers. Fire up the grill and get ready to enjoy!

In honor of the long weekend, Nick & Toni’s is offering a summer grill pack for four ($340). The pack, which includes burrata (4), American Wagyu Strip Steaks (4), local spring asparagus, crushed Yukon gold potatoes, and kale salad, comes with reheating instructions and tips for grilling the perfect steak. Desserts are available a la carte and include: Tartufo, house-made gelato and sorbet, and almond biscotti.

Orders can be placed online at by 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 20. Pick-up will be available Friday, May 22 between 2 and 5 p.m. In lieu of gratuity, diners may choose to donate to the Honest Man Employee Relief Fund.

Few things signal the start of summer quite like heaping piles of smoked meat. And if, like us, you want to leave the job to the pros, pick up a Take Home BBQ Pack from Townline. Available in Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Chicken & Rib Dinners you can choose to feed anywhere from four to 12 people and kits include the meat(s), coleslaw, pickles, baked beans, and Townline Original BBQ Sauce.

Available Wednesday through Sunday, orders can be placed over the phone by calling (631) 537-2271 between noon and 8 p.m., or until the ‘que runs out. In lieu of gratuity, diners may choose to donate to the Honest Man Employee Relief Fund. Credit card payment is preferred.

For those looking to try some new ‘que, we’re recommending Greenport’s Green Hill Kitchen & Que which will deliver anywhere on the East End. The Northfork newcomer is offering “Heat & Eat Que Kits” for two ($90) or four ($170) and include the choice of three proteins (Smoked Prime Brisket, Honey Brushed Pork Ribs, Blackened Scottish Salmon, Beer Can Chicken, Mustard Glazed BBQ Meatloaf, Grilled Garlic Shrimp, Smoked Jackfruit), and your pick of three sides (creamy slaw, spicy broccoli, shell n cheddar, garlicky potatoes, cheddar grits, BBQ beans, yellow rice, collard greens). Fun add-ons are also available and include $15 house bottles of wine, $20 pints of Matty’s Margaritas and $3 cans of beer.

The restaurant is currently open daily from noon to 6 p.m. and orders can be placed by visiting or by calling the restaurant directly at 631-477-4900.

For the past few summers Highway has been a go-to for plused up comfort classics. Their juicy Roasted Organic Chicken is now on offer for takeout/delivery along with most of their regular menu items like John’s Eggplant Parmigiana, Miso Glazed Salmon, and Barbecue Pork Ribs (our pick for the unofficial start of summer weekend).

Also available are their “Make at Home” kits which includes all of the ingredients and recipes for DIY meals and yes, cocktails too. Most of the kits (cheeseburger, beef taco, spaghetti and meatballs) serves four and comes with sides and desserts.
